Step Three – Restoring Your Home
Or Business After Water or Flood Damage
Our goal with water or flood damage restoration is to restore a healthy environment inside your home or business.
The first step is to material tearout – including removal and disposal of all damaged material. This generally includes carpet and drywall.
Once drywall has been removed to allow access to framing, we can begin structural drying. This is a very important process, as if you don’t clean and dry the interior of all of your walls, mold and bacteria will grow there.
Once all of the damaged materials have been removed, we focus on restoring the air quality of your home or business.
We utilize HEPA Air Scrubbers and HEPA Negative Air Machines to clean the environment by continuously scrubbing the air and cleaning it of bacteria and dust. This improves air quality and prevents mold growth. Air scrubbers may need to be placed into a damaged area for as little as a few hours to as many as several days, depending on your water damage level. We can also use ozone generators to eliminate cigar/cigarette orders, pet odors, cooking odors, paint odors, and more.
